Dr Nick Carr is a seasoned GP with a wealth of experience and genuine passion for comprehensive patient care. Upon graduating from the University of Western Australia in 1984, he completed a Diploma of Anaesthetics and a Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in the United Kingdom in 1988. His passion for general practice led him back to a rural setting in South-West Western Australia, where he attained Fellowships in the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 1995, followed by the Royal Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine in 1999, whilst serving the local community.
Dr Carr has cultivated a particular interest in skin cancer checks and surgery, emphasizing preventative care and early detection. His proficiency extends to cardiology and gynaecology, ensuring a comprehensive approach to his patients’ well-being.
Dr Carr is known for his personable and compassionate approach. Beyond his medical expertise, he has diverse interests, enjoying sports such as AFL, cricket, rugby, and horse racing, indicating a passion for both local and international sporting events.
