Dr. Kirsta Craig grew up in the suburbs of New York City and completed her medical degree at the State University of New York in Buffalo in 1994. She has been a board-certified family physician through the American Board of Family Medicine since 1995 and a member of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) since 2015.
Dr. Craig and her family relocated from the United States to Australia in 2011, and she has been practicing in Melbourne’s western suburbs since 2013. She is passionate about working with patients to support their physical and mental well-being, providing care for individuals of all ages, from newborns to the elderly.
Her special interests include paediatric and maternity care, and she is a shared care provider at the Royal Women’s Hospital and Sunshine Hospital.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Craig maintains a regular yoga practice, enjoys competitive open water and pool swimming, and loves hiking with family, friends, and her two yellow Labradors. She is also an avid Melbourne coffee enthusiast and a keen follower of Australian Rules football.
